    Changes from EAD 2002

<chronlist> gained attributes @lang, @localtype, and @script. It gained the new element <chronitemset>. It can now be used within <controlnote>, <footnote>, <legalstatus>, and <materialspec>. It is no longer a child of <descgrp>, <div>, <dscgrp>, <event>, <extref>, <extrefloc>, <item>, <note>, and <p>. Some of these have been deprecated and it was deemed unneeded in others.
